City of Peoria Economic Development Incentive Policy Public Input

The City of Peoria is seeking public input on a proposed Economic Development Incentive Policy. The City’s goal in developing the incentive policy is to leverage private investment to attract, retain, and grow Peoria businesses.

The incentive policy includes information on available economic development programs and services that support Peoria’s key industry clusters and regional workforce, advances small and minority businesses, and preserve Peoria’s historic and emerging neighborhoods.

The plan was developed with the assistance of economic development stakeholders representing businesses, developers, financial institutions, and other government agencies.

The two public input meetings were held at the Gateway Building, 2nd Floor, on January 30th 6:00 p.m., and January 31st 3:00 p.m.
